Standing still has a cost.
Healthcare runs on software built for billing and on habits kept because change feels risky. Patients wait, staff work around their own tools, and good ideas stall in pilots because too few people with something at stake commit to them.
We think change has to start inside care, with practices and practitioners willing to take the risk themselves. We own and operate practices, so we take that risk with our own business on the line.

- We take on the problems we live with every day and make the tools that fix them.
- Prove
- We own and operate the proving grounds for our work: a surgery center, a plastic surgery practice and a medspa. New tools meet the same privacy and safety standards as everything else in our practices.
- Spin out
- What works can become a company of its own, so other practices can follow. In that sense, we're also a venture studio.

- We work alongside teams who share the bet, as product, design and engineering partners, in healthcare and in consumer, high tech and professional services.
